It's a part of human nature to confide in words that are heard repeatedly from various sources. Those words, over a period of time, take the form of belief of an individual. Some call it mere belief or some name it as superstition.
One such superstition is that if a day is started wrongly, it'll end up being messed.
Why I am calling it a superstition is because I don't believe in it as my take on this saying is a little different.
I consider that we live every day as a periodic cycle and it constitutes 7 major divisions which are
Generally, we start our day, freshen up, have breakfast to get in nutrition which provides energy to work all day; we indulge ourselves in our regular day-to-day activities and also spend some fun or leisure time. But amongst all this schedule of ours, god challenges us every single day with a new task to check our abilities
And we, most of the time go through a little suffering and gradually we find a way to complete that particular task and this step we can call as recovery. Before repeating the routine the very next day, we rest to give ourselves a break.
Now if we take all these in account, when a person sees a bad dream, practically at that time he's sleeping, that is, he's in his 'rest' part of the day.
But the dream being bad, he suffers, maybe it's beyond expectations and the dream awakens him, makes him cry. But then suddenly he realises, "Oh! It's a dream", and he gets into reality, come over it and thus recovers.
So in this form, a bad dream is no less than a prize from God, a situation where the almighty has given you a chance to not let any other hurdle or obstacle make you suffer for the day since you're already done with that part.
So all you're now left with is eat, work and play with so much extra time.
I guess the deal isn't bad huh?
So how about reconsidering the statement that 'If a day is started wrongly, it'll end up being messed'. I guess now I have well conveyed that instead of being messed, this very day can be one of the bests because you can make the most out of it.
At the end, all depends on our own perception of things.
'If we take the positive path, it'll bring glory
Or the choice is ours we can keep on feeling sorry.'
Next time, you get a bad morning dream, feel free to think you're god's favourite and that he's blessed you with a day full of opportunities!
